		<description>The inserts are a great starting place.  However, for someone with dry eye that wasn&#039;t going away (mine was a long term side effect of chemo and radiation) it was a pain to have to keep replacing them.  I eventually had my tear drains cauterized and it has worked wonders without numerous repeat visits to the opthamologist.</description>
